We are a father and son who rebuilt our confidence, strength, and purpose through boxing, strength training, and simple daily habits that changed our lives. Nothing about our story is perfect. It is honest. That is why people connect with it and why our coaching works.
Alex grew up quiet and unsure of himself. Boxing became the place where he learned how to stand his ground. He trained for years, stepped into the ring as an amateur boxer, and discovered a confidence that only comes from real pressure and real punches. That experience turned him into a coach who understands how to build skill, discipline, and self belief in anyone. When he guides a client he is not teaching theory. He is passing on the same process that shaped him.
Josh raised four boys while grinding through long work hours and the constant pressure to show up strong for his wife and kids. Fitness became his anchor. It gave him energy, clarity, and the strength to lead at home and at work. His approach is simple. Build strength that supports your life. Build habits that eliminate stress instead of adding to it. Build a mindset that keeps you steady even when life feels heavy.
Together we created a coaching system for real people with real responsibilities. It blends skill based boxing, strength training, nutrition guidance, and practical mindset development into a structure you can stay consistent with. No confusion. No wasted effort. No trying to fit your life into someone else’s perfect routine.
People do not fail because they are lazy. They fail because life is heavy and most programs ignore that reality. Our clients succeed because we give them identity, structure, and a level of support that keeps them moving forward even on their busiest days.
